Step 1:
The first step in our process is the informational meeting and tour of the school. This enables parents/guardians to discover our philosophy and practices in educating children. To set up a tour, please call for an appointment at 512-259-3333 or email us at

Step 2:
If BCMS is the right fit for your family, complete the admission application and pay the non-refundable $25.00 Admission Application Fee. This fee excludes the children enrolling in our Infant Program.

Step 3:
Upon receipt of the Admission Application, BCMS will contact you to schedule a student assessment.

Step 4:
BCMS Admissions Committee will make a decision based on the evaluation of the child’s assessment and parent interview. Admission decisions are communicated via phone or in writing. Placement is determined according to the needs of the child and the classroom; therefore we are unable to accommodate requests for a specific teacher.

Step 5:
Along with notice of acceptance, the enrollment contract is presented for signature. Upon receipt of the signed contract, non-refundable $100.00 (Primary and Toddlers) or $125.00 (Infants) registration fee, and the security deposit, the child is considered enrolled.

Step 6:
If a place is not immediately available in the child’s program, the child will be placed on a waiting list. Children are chosen from the waiting list as spaces become available.

Tour our Facility
